About Us
The Howard College San Angelo Foundation supports Howard College in its efforts to attract and educate San Angelo-area students with the desire and the dedication to learn - including many non-traditional students and those facing barriers to higher education.
Established in 1990, we are exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Our Vision
The Vision of the Howard College San Angelo Foundation is to enrich, improve and change the lives of area residents through education at Howard College San Angelo.
